Specific Terms of Employment related to SESAME HR SaaS
1.- Reach
These terms and conditions regulate the license of use granted by SESAME HR to the CLIENT concerning the human resources management software (hereinafter referred to as the SaaS), which is offered as an Internet-accessible service (URL: https://app.sesametime.com or through its applications for iOS and Android) or “Software as a Service” (SaaS). By accepting these terms, SESAME HR grants you a license for access to and use of the SaaS in the chosen plan and the included functionalities.
2.- Economic Conditions and duration of the license
The PRICE for the granting of the license for the SaaS is published both on the SESAME HR website and within the SaaS itself.
Conditions for the Free Trial
CLIENTS using the SaaS in its free trial mode will not be required to provide billing information. The duration of the free trial period will be 14 calendar days from the acceptance of the terms. Once the trial period is over, the CLIENT must select one of the offered plans, which will be governed by the terms applicable to each plan. If the free trial expires and the CLIENT has not selected any plan, SESAME HR will proceed to block and cancel the ACCOUNT.
Clients intending to use the service in its free mode authorise an agent assigned by SESAME to impersonate them to assist with the configuration and implementation of the service.
Payment terms and conditions
The CLIENT may select, after the completion of the 14-day free trial or before it ends, the plan with the duration that best suits their needs. With the initial selection or change of plan, the duration of the contractual relationship will begin to be calculated according to the conditions and terms published at the time of selection, including the price, which will remain unchanged during the validity period. If the CLIENT wishes to make any modifications to the contracted plan during the term of the contractual relationship, such modifications will be subject to the terms and conditions published by SESAME HR on the website from which the contract was made at the time of the modification.
On the expiration date of the contracted plan, the contract will automatically renew for periods equal to that of the contracted plan, subject to the terms and conditions in effect on the SESAME HR website at the time of renewal, unless the CLIENT expressly communicates their intention not to renew the contracted plan at least thirty (30) days before the end of the initial period or any of its extensions.
They may exercise their right not to renew through the panel of the SaaS.
